To drive more engagement and retail leads across its U.S. brands, this global flooring manufacturer needed to integrate email marketing into its eCommerce strategy and digital marketing footprint.

In close partnership with Creative, IT, and Communications teams, we created three brand-specific, CAN-SPAM compliant email programs & customer lists using Hubspot.
Each campaign included its own segmented list, custom sign-up modules, legal disclaimers, and uniquely branded content.
Our content strategy prioritized SEO-informed topics (including “People Also Ask” themes), multi-angle lifestyle product photography, and clear guidance on how to connect with local retailers. Email templates were mobile-first, copy was conversion-focused, and subject lines were A/B tested for performance.
We launched automated welcome series and scheduled monthly waterfall campaigns—each triggered by key opt-in points—to nurture interest, build brand awareness, and generate consistent lead flow to retail partners.
